RIDER CODE OF CONDUCT

At StarCycle, we’re more than a workout—we’re a community. To help create an experience where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered, we ask all riders to follow these simple guidelines:

Lead with Kindness

Treat fellow riders, instructors, childcare staff, and studio team members with respect and encouragement.

Be Inclusive

StarCycle is for everybody and every body. Help us maintain a welcoming environment free from discrimination, harassment, or judgment of any kind.

Be Present

StarCycle is a tech-free experience. To help everyone disconnect from the outside world and fully engage in the ride, phones and recording devices are not permitted in the studio during class. Please leave calls, texts, photos, and social media outside the ride room.

Respect the Space

Arrive on time, follow instructor guidance, and help keep our studios clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

Support the Community

Celebrate effort over perfection. Cheer each other on, respect personal boundaries, and contribute to the positive energy that makes StarCycle special.

Bring Positive Energy

Work hard, have fun, and remember that every rider is on their own journey. Meet others with grace, patience, and understanding.

Keep It Safe

Follow all studio policies and staff directions to help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
