With six unique class formats, every class stays fresh –
so you can keep showing up, leveling up, and getting stronger.

StarHeat

Let’s turn down the lights and turn up the heat to a warm 80°F. StarHeat uses our class format in a different way by toning down our speed and intensity ever so slightly to accommodate the change in temperature of the room. You will leave this class feeling sweaty, inspired and accomplished.

StarStrength

Staying true to our Star format while adding in more resistance, a longer arm section, and deeper mind‑to‑body work. StarStrength will test your limits while making you feel empowered, motivated and stronger.

PowerHour

This class is designed for riders who leave class wanting even more! Our Power Hour sessions are an extra challenge for those wanting to push their limits on the bike and work on building even more muscle and endurance.

StarXpress

StarXpress is for the rider on the go. On your lunch break? Don’t have much time before your work day starts? Need to pick up the kids in an hour? We’ve got you covered with our 30‑minute high‑intensity Xpress classes.

StarSculpt

StarSculpt is a fusion of high‑intensity cardio with off‑the‑bike strength training. The class features twenty minutes on the bike and twenty minutes off using low‑impact movements to challenge both your body and mind. This full‑body workout will test your limits with heavier weight options while using external resistance to improve muscular strength and endurance.

StarBasics

StarBasics takes it back to basics with an in‑depth breakdown of our ride. We will work with each rider to set them up with proper bike settings. Then hop on the bike and break down choreography, form, resistance, musicality and basic anatomy. We end this class by riding and applying all we have learned.

Our high intensity, low impact workout targets all major muscle groups through a series of challenging sequences. Climbs, sprints, side-to-sides, upper body —you’ll do it all. And you’ll become leaner, stronger, and more energized as a result.

For 45 minutes, it’s just you and the bike. We created our studio room without technology to allow you to focus on yourself. Unplugging from your devices is proven to improve both your mental clarity and your mood. And since we believe your workout should be fun, every class you take will be different – no two are the same. All you have to do is show up!

It boosts your metabolism.

During a StarCycle class, we seriously work your quads, glutes and core. These bigger muscles tend to burn more calories not just during the workout, but in the hours and days afterwards too.

It builds your community.

When you ride with us, you have a ready-made squad. Strong friendships are forged on the bike and carry over into life outside the studio. We’ll support you and cheer you on throughout every step of your fitness journey.

Ride Ready

Show up in comfortable workout clothes you can move in and bring water for the ride. Cycling shoes are required for every class, and we’ve got you covered— shoes can be rented or purchased at the studio. We use Delta LOOK cleats, and your first ride includes free shoe rental. Rental pricing may vary by location.
